Great ways to detox your mind

When the life seems difficult, and things seems confusing, it is most likely that you are not being careful about your health, mind and body. The following are some steps to maintain a balance in all three for a contented life and being productive.

Mostly people feel bored or unproductive and confused while sitting in one place working all day as we tend to spend five out of seven days a week at home working for 12 to 14 hours sitting on the same chair. To break this chain, you should spend some time daily outside. So, walking, running or doing some outdoor activities help boost your mood and energy. During the current situation of Covid, walking out can surely be replaced with some homework out sessions, meditation and indoor games with family.

Unfollow anyone who does not add value to your time. Mostly we work online these days, so make it more productive and positive experience. Keep regular check and clean out who you are following. Make sure you add daily affirmations and motivational quotes to your reads every morning to kick starts your day.

Take a day for yourself and just spend it totally with nature by being truly present in that moment and living it fully. Technology has taken a toll on our minds and life. We just love seeing the nature now through the camera lens and capture each moment to upload on our social media to get more likes. Rather, if you spend more time in the moment, and be completely with your mind and soul at that place, the peace felt in the heart is the true incense. Try it today, your mind will start opening with new ideas and feel genuinely at peace and happy.

Lastly, always right down your short term and long-term goals. This habit gets you clarity and you can focus on your achievements. Planning to complete your goals gets easy and the vision of your life gets clear. Make a commitment to yourself to being the most peaceful person you can be and keep your focus on your growth mindset. As progressive thinking is the key to success and keep your mind focussed to achieve that success gives you motivation.
