"I had big dreams and pursued higher education in human resources and business management at XLRI Jamshedpur. This foundation led me to a career in corporate training, where I quickly rose through the ranks. As a Leadership coach, I deeply appreciate leadership principles and their impact on organizational success. My true purpose crystallized when I founded Wisdomarchy in 2021."

Wisdomarchy was born out of my relentless passion for personal and professional development. I witnessed firsthand how coaching could transform lives, and I wanted to create a space where individuals could thrive.

I envisioned a coaching platform that went beyond conventional methods. Wisdomarchy’s unique approach combines emotional intelligence, effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and time management. It’s about nurturing the whole leader, not just their professional persona.

I believe leadership isn’t merely about managing tasks; it’s about leaving a legacy. Wisdomarchy exists to cultivate legacy leaders—individuals who inspire, innovate, and impact.
My Commitment to Excellence
I continuously refine my skills as a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Leadership Coach and an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. My commitment to excellence drives me to explore cutting-edge techniques and approaches.
In 2022, I received the prestigious “Top 10 Corporate Trainers in India” award from Women Entrepreneur India. And was featured in their 'Women Entrepreneur India' March 2022 magazine issue.
In May 2023 I was honored with the “Outstanding Leadership Award” at the Education 2.0 conference in Dubai 2023. Out of 5000 educators from 162 countries, my 16 years of work in the training and coaching industry stood out.
